{"id":12961,"date":"2018-05-28T16:22:03","date_gmt":"2018-05-28T14:22:03","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.laurusmedical.ro\/?page_id=12961"},"modified":"2019-01-27T11:56:14","modified_gmt":"2019-01-27T09:56:14","slug":"informatii-de-interes-public","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/www.laurusmedical.ro\/en\/informatii-de-interes-public\/","title":{"rendered":"Public Interest Information"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><\/p>\n<h3 style=\"text-align: center;\">Regulations<\/h3>\n<p>Law no.95\/2006 on the reform of the public healthcare system, as amended and supplemented;<br \/>\nLaw no.46\/2003, on the patient\u2019s rights and the enforcement rules;<br \/>\nOrder of the Minister of Public Health no. 1764\/2006, on the approval of the criteria for the classification of the local, county and regional emergency hospitals from the point of view of the competencies, material and human resources and of their capacity to provide emergency and final medical care for patients in critical condition, as further amended<br \/>\nOrder of the Minister of Public Health no.39\/2008, on the reorganization of the specialized hospital outpatient clinic, as further amended<br \/>\nOrder of the Minister of Public Health no. 1224\/2010, on the approval of the medical hospital care personnel rules, as well as on the amending and supplementation of the Order of the Minister of Public Health no. 1771\/2006, on the approval of the personnel rules.<br \/>\nFramework multiannual\/biannual agreements, as well as the relevant Enforcement Rules, based on which the medical services agreements are concluded with the Health Insurance Funds, the Public Health Directorate<br \/>\nRegulation (EU) 2016\/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95\/46\/EC\n<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/www.ms.ro\" target=\"_blank\">www.ms.ro<\/a><\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/www.ms.ro\/pacienti\/#tab-id-4\" target=\"_blank\">www.ms.ro\/pacienti\/#tab-id-4<\/a><\/p>\n<p><\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Regulations Law no.95\/2006 on the reform of the public healthcare system, as amended and supplemented;
